CANCELLATION POLICY

For Accommodation

  • Written cancellation for requested accommodation received by 20/04/2010: No cancellation fees.
  • Written cancellation for requested accommodation received after 21/04/2010: 30% cancellation fees will be charged
  • Written cancellation or overnight reduction for requested accommodation received after 01/08/2010: 100% cancellation fees apply

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

  • A deposit of 30% of your total accommodation cost is required to confirm requested Accommodation.
  • Please note that no room can be confirmed until receipt of your hotel deposit.
  • After receipt of your request and payment of the 30% deposit, a confirmation letter will be sent. The balance due should be settled the latest by July 31st, 2010.
  • Full payment is required no later than July 31st , 2010
